Made from some of the finest grapes in the Napa area, this ruby rich wine has
soft smooth tannins and blackcurrant undertones with an underlying pepper nose.
It tends to be mellow but still complex, and a little bit chewy. You will taste
the flavors of plums, black cherry, violets, and orange. It is a perfect match
for beef and other medium-heavy dishes. Try it with a rich, red pasta dish,
or even a heavy chicken dish. This Merlot is also an excellent compliment to
chocolate. This wine should be served at 64F.

The wine of Kings, and the King of wines. This wine evokes legend
and fascination with its brilliant garnet-red and flashes of ruby. It is made
from the Nebbiolo grape which has been described as one of Italy’s greatest.
Our Barolo has aromas of roses and violets. Its bold taste has hints of licorice
with a slight hint of oak. This Barolo should be served between 60F to 64F.
Cabernet Sauvignon California

California’s finest, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a ruby red wine with
violet reflections. It has a light cherry aroma with a hint of underbrush. This
Cabernet is fresh with structure and staying power. It is nice, well rounded,
and a wine very well suited for many occasions. Its flavors are comfortable
with simple grilled meats as well as more complex dishes like venison in mushroom
sauce. It also is a great match for brie, cheddar cheese and chocolate. Serve
at 64F.
